CLASSICAL CHILL
A chance to take time out and relax with a perfect blend of contemporary music, focussing on mindfulness
and reflection, all accompanied by abstract mood lighting and immersing cool projections.
CLASSICAL
From Philip Glass to Bach,
Max Richter to Grieg,
Arvo Part to Nico Muhly.
British violinist Noel Vine has curated a beautiful blend of works to create the ultimate series of concerts focussed around relaxation, mindfulness and tranquillity, together with calming lighting and projections to enhance the experience.
CLASSICAL
Following the initial lockdown, Classical Chill concerts were some of the first concerts to return in the UK with a residency at Suffolk's Leiston Abbey together with pianist Andrew Quartermain, performing amongst the ruins to an outdoor socially distanced audience, including a 50 minute completely improvised performance as the sun went down and the stars came out.
A truly unique experience.
Forthcoming projects include The Red House in Aldeburgh, First Light Festival,
The Urban Recital series, new residency projects in Suffolk & Norfolk to be announced and ClassicalChill
experimental fusion of acoustic violin with modular synths, filter banks and tape loop functionality creating new fresh spectral sculptures of sonic bliss.
